We currently offer two different group-based leadership training courses designed to be delivered in-person over a single day or virtually over two days.
Fundamentals of Great Leadership - focused on providing new and experienced managers with a clear, cogent playbook on how to be a great leader.
Advanced Concepts in Leadership - focused on teaching managers how to effectively lead larger organizations, manage other managers, and work effectively in cross functional environments.
1:1 Leadership coaching
As part of our overall efforts around leadership training and development, Lucid Advisors offers 1:1 coaching for leaders who are looking to extend their development beyond our 1-day, group-based courses.
One-on-one coaching provides the opportunity for both new and experienced leaders to spend time diving deeply into challenges they may be having as well as growth goals they are looking to achieve in order to become the best leaders possible.
Sales Leadership consulting
Our team is staffed by deeply experienced go-to-market leaders who have all spent years leading and developing sales teams and growing businesses in a variety of environments from early stage startups to established growth companies.
