Lucid Advisors is focused on creating the next generation of great leaders. Drawing on decades of collective leadership and management experience from both commercial and non-commercial sectors, Lucid Advisors has built a business focused on group-based leadership training and one-on-one coaching all designed to help leaders understand the fundamental mindset needed and the basic strategies necessary to create, grow and develop high performing teams.
Dan Greene
Dan Greene is the founder of Lucid Advisors. Over the course of his career, he has led and managed a wide variety of teams in different industries and environments. Always passionate about being the best leader possible, Dan has simultaneously focused on both leading his teams and being a student of leadership himself. After almost 30 years of growing businesses and creating amazing teams, Dan founded Lucid Advisors to help develop the next generation of great leaders and managers.
Dan started his career in the Navy, serving as a carrier-based fighter pilot and team leader. After leaving active duty, he attended business school at UCLA and helped start an aviation company called Tactical Air Support, Inc. From there, Dan moved on to leading organizations and growing businesses at Google, Twitter, and an AI start-up called Msg.ai. His most recent experience was leading the go-to-market efforts at Impossible Foods, helping that business grow 10X in less than 3 years.
Dan has had roles leading teams at companies in all stages of growth from newly founded startups to established Fortune 500 companies, and successfully led teams of 300+ people and $500M+ businesses.
