LEADERSHIP TEAM TRAINING

Fundamentals of Great Leadership

  • Working with dozens of deeply experienced leaders across both commercial and noncommercial sectors, Lucid Advisors has developed a transformative leadership course designed to equip managers with the essential skills and mindset needed to be truly great in their roles. In this course, we have endeavored to provide a concise, pragmatic playbook by capturing and conveying the key lessons, tactics, and techniques that every manager (new and experienced) needs to understand to effectively inspire, motivate, and lead their teams.

  • To keep the course interesting, dynamic, and compelling we use a combination of facilitator-led discussion, large group discussion, small group breakouts, real-world lessons, and external speakers.

  • This course is designed to be delivered to groups of up to 30 managers, in-person, over two days. It can, however, be delivered in a hybrid format (one day in-person and 2 virtual sessions) or delivered entirely virtually if desired.

Advanced Leadership Concepts

  • As the title implies, this course focuses on next-level leadership and management skills not covered in the fundamentals course.

  • Topics covered include leading other managers, developing high-performing teams, leading larger organizations, and cross-functional organizational leadership.

  • The Advanced Leadership Concepts course is designed to be delivered in person over the course of a single day; however, it can be broken up into two half-days or done virtually if desired.

  • The skills and lessons learned in this course are applicable to managers of all levels, but it does cover some material that would be most applicable for senior-level leaders.

One on one Leadership coaching

One-on-one leadership coaching is a personalized and confidential relationship between a leader and a coach. The coach provides support and guidance to the leader as they work to achieve their goals and develop their leadership skills. Leadership coaching can be beneficial for leaders at all levels, from new managers to experienced executives. It can be especially helpful for leaders who are facing new challenges or who are looking to develop new skills.

Lucid Advisors is staffed by deeply experienced leaders who have developed and managed large and small teams in a wide variety of industries, environments, and company stages from early-stage startups to established growth organizations. We draw on that wealth of knowledge and experience to provide insightful and effective one-on-one leadership coaching.

Further Details:

  • Coaching packages include 8 x 1-hour sessions usually spread out over 8 to 16 weeks.

  • We can administer an upward management survey to help determine specific areas of development to focus on during the coaching process.

  • Each participant will fill out a pre-coaching questionnaire to help accelerate building connection and familiarity with their coach.

  • As broad guidelines, we try to keep things flexible so that we can adapt to the individual needs of the leader who is being coached. However, we also keep things goal-oriented so that we are focused on specific and actionable goals.

Sales Leadership consulting

In addition to deep experience leading and managing teams, Lucid Advisors’ coaches have extensive experience developing and leading sales and marketing efforts across a variety of industries including Tech B2C, SaaS, Media, and Consumer Packaged Goods.

We leverage that experience to help companies devise and successfully implement sales and marketing strategies to fuel growth. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
